What you will dance
The schedule mixes heels technique, floorwork, and choreography. Each class lists its time, its length, and how many spots are left, so you can pick the night that fits you.
Heels classes focus on walks, turns, hair, and attitude, then put them into a routine. Floorwork classes take it to the ground with slides, rolls, and transitions. Both finish with a full out run, because the point is to feel it, not to think about it.
