This policy explains what Floorplay ("we", "us") collects when you use this site, why, and what you can do about it. Questions or requests go to hello@floorplayofficial.com.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email, and whether your email is verified. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
Bookings and purchases: the classes you book, check-ins, waitlist places, class packs, membership status, account credit, and order amounts.
Guest checkout: the name and email you enter, so we can send your ticket and let you cancel.
Waiver: the waiver version you accepted and when.
Inquiries: what you send in the private event and "bring Floorplay to your city" forms, including a phone number if you add one.
Newsletter: your email and when you joined or left the list.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep the amounts, fees, and Stripe references for each order.

How we use it

To run your bookings: tickets, check-in at the door, reminders, waitlist emails, and cancellations.
To bill packs and membership and to apply your credit.
To answer inquiries.
To send the newsletter, only if you joined it. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also leave on our unsubscribe page.

Service providers

We use Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, Resend to send email, Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out of our forms, Convex to store data, and Vercel to host the site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect our forms from spam. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data by writing to hello@floorplayofficial.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
