Every level, every body
Nobody needs dance experience. The routine is taught step by step, and every move has a simpler version for anyone who wants it. Heels are welcome but never required; sneakers, socks, or bare feet all work.
The only audience is each other. That is what makes it fun: a room full of people who love the bride, trying something new together and laughing through the first run before nailing the last one.
